Learning-path

LEARNING PATH: SELF-STUDY & PRACTICAL EXCERCISES

You will learn about the 6 core skills of psychological flexibility and reflect and develop self-management and values-based actions. Wells content is organized in thematic modules and clear learning cycles.

Share your journey and learnings with peers. Instructed group discussions evidently deepen learning and provide a social context in which your skills can grow together.

WELLS program is based on a world-class University of Helsinki research innovation on the fields of education and psychology. The scientific background relies on research on Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and the psychological flexibility framework as well as our own extensive research on WELLS program itself which combines the above with practical skills supporting self-organization and productivity.

WELLS program measurably enhances psychological flexibility, emotional and psychological wellbeing, time and effort management skills and social wellbeing. At the same time, it evidently lowers the perceived stress and burnout risk.
